Michael Hennig has more than 23 years of experience in the investment sector for institutional investors, including 12 years with a focus on private markets. Today, together with Daniel Sayar, he serves as Managing Director of Kapaccess.

Before co-founding Kapaccess, Michael Hennig held various leadership positions in business development at different asset managers, most recently as Head Client Solutions Germany/Austria at Energy Infrastructure Partners. From 2019 to 2023, he was part of the German management team at Swiss Life Asset Managers Germany, where he was responsible for the entire sales and marketing division across all distribution channels and strategies. From 2007 to 2019, he held various roles at Fidelity International, most recently as Head Workplace Investing in the Institutional Business in Kronberg. Michael Hennig began his career in private markets in 2001 at nordwest finanz Vermögensberatung, distributing closed-end funds to private banking clients in Bremen.
